Sleep

Sleeping is wonderful, as I am sure most people would say, (Unless you are a person who stays up for hours working on something then sleep is for losers lol) No but sleep is a crucial part of what makes your body work my little sister is always like "I must have eight hours of sleep." And I say "It isn't that important." But Sleep is important, and you have dreams when you sleep which is awesome (Unless you have a nightmare than it isn't very fun) and also sleep gives you energy to make it through the day! So...When you sleep sleep well =)
